Regent OS is operated by Regal Group LLC. This policy explains how Regent OS handles information for business operating workflows, connected services, and client workspaces.

Information We Collect

Regent OS collects account, workspace, customer, quote, project, document, payment, connector, and usage information that users provide or authorize through the platform. Connected services may include accounting, payment, email, document signing, mapping, payroll, and storage providers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Regent OS, operate client workspaces, support workflow automation, prepare documents and communications, reconcile payments and accounting records, improve product reliability, and protect the platform from fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Connected Services

When a workspace connects a third-party service, Regent OS uses authorized access only for the workflow the client enables, such as syncing customers, invoices, payments, documents, or operational records. Third-party providers maintain their own privacy policies and security controls.

Data Sharing

We do not sell client business data. We may share information with service providers that help operate Regent OS, with connected providers authorized by the workspace, when required by law, or when necessary to protect Regent OS, Regal Group, clients, users, and customers.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

Regent OS may send customer-care, account, project, quote, invoice, payment, and document notifications by text message when the mobile contact has consented to SMS for the Regent OS workflow. Message frequency varies by workflow and customer activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data, consent records, mobile phone numbers, and SMS interaction data are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS service providers are used only to deliver, secure, support, and measure Regent OS messaging.

Security

Regent OS uses role-based access, tenant-scoped records, encrypted provider tokens, protected server-side secrets, and audit trails where practical. No software system is perfectly secure, and clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate account access and credential controls.

Retention and Requests

We retain records as needed to provide the service, support business operations, meet legal or accounting requirements, and maintain audit history. Workspace owners may request help with export, correction, or deletion workflows where legally and operationally appropriate.
