Regent OS
Terms of Use
Effective date: June 10, 2026
These terms describe the baseline use of Regent OS, operated by Regal Group LLC. Client-specific subscription terms, statements of work, order forms, or written agreements may add to or supersede these platform terms where applicable.
Use of Regent OS
Regent OS is a business operating platform for client intake, customers, quotes, sales orders, projects, purchasing, inventory, documents, payments, accounting sync, reporting, and AI-assisted workflow support. Users must access Regent OS only through authorized accounts and approved workspaces.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving customer-facing documents, financial entries, pricing, taxes, payment activity, accounting treatment, vendor orders, payroll reports, and operational decisions before relying on or sending them.
Connected Services
Regent OS may connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks, Stripe, DocuSign, Google Maps, payroll providers, email providers, and storage services. Each provider is governed by its own terms, fees, data policies, service limits, approval requirements, and availability.
SMS Messaging
When SMS messaging is enabled, Regal Group LLC / Regent OS sends customer-care, account, quote, sales order, invoice, payment, project, document, Customer Hub, and support notifications only for active business workflows consented to by the mobile contact. Messages may originate from +1 931-330-6724 through the Regent OS Twilio Messaging Service. SMS consent is optional and not required to buy or use Regent OS services. Message frequency varies by workflow and customer activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact support@regalgroupus.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not used for marketing in the launch campaign unless a separate compliant campaign is approved. See the Privacy Policy for mobile information handling.
AI-Assisted Features
Regent OS may use AI features to draft summaries, documents, emails, recommendations, task lists, and workflow guidance. AI output must be reviewed by an authorized user before it is sent, approved, booked, paid, or used for a legal, financial, customer-facing, or operational decision.
Data and Security
Users must keep login credentials secure, assign appropriate roles, and avoid uploading information they are not authorized to process. Regent OS uses security controls designed for business use, but clients are responsible for their own internal access, approval, and review processes.
No Professional Advice
Regent OS and Regal Group do not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, payroll, insurance, investment, or regulatory advice through the platform. Clients should consult qualified advisors for those decisions.
Changes and Availability
Regent OS may change features, integrations, limits, pricing, and workflows over time. Service availability may depend on third-party providers, internet access, account approvals, credentials, and production configuration.
